  • I'm going to try for 43 miles. That's a weeks worth for some but for me, it's a lot. I'm still pretty new and it's in addition to the larger amount of rowing I do.

  • Perfectly stated in my opinion. Not that it matters but I use a Concept 2 rower 4 days/week and offset with a treadmill for running + high intensity walking 3 days/week. Sprinkling in some simple weight exercises, and I've found my favorite combo that works for me.

  • Some good advice already.. I use my C2 rowing machine 4x week. It's an amazing full body workout that is low impact. Doesn't mean you don't use your knees though.   • As far as suggestions on exercise - I'd seriously look at rowing as in a row machine. Concept 2. Total game changer for me.

For Indoor Rower Virtual Club regardless of team size we ranked 18th For Indoor Rower Virtual Club with a team size 21-50 we ranked 5th Sure had fun doing it, regardless of placement.
  • Believe me.. 3 or 4 months ago, I wasn't able to muster up anything past 20-25 minutes. So your 30-35 minutes exceed my starting place. I've never rowed underhand. Always overhand. Sometimes I take a wider "grip" and sometimes a more "narrow" though.

Could do the same with a bike, elliptical or/and a rowing machine as well and watch TV, listen to music or both.
