You look fabulous - congratulations on your accomplishments!!

It's a great full body workout, that's for sure. Good luck and enjoy!

I purchased a Concept2 Rower a couple of years ago. It's one of the 3 forms of cardio I do (along with running and Spinning). I use it 2-3x weekly. Closing in on 4 million meters. Like any piece of gear or program - it's only as good as it's used or if it's used. Focus on your form so you don't get hurt. Here is a resource…

Rogue Dead Guy Ale, Rogue Santa's Private Reserve, Shiner Bock, certain Sam Adams (not really craft). There's more...

Totally. I didn't start until I was 47. 3 years later I'm in the best shape of my life.
-
Congratulations on the hardwork, commitment and payoff!

Rowing machine...

2 friends are incredibly fit. All my other friends let what comes with doing nothing and eating like you were 16 catch up with them by the time they hit 40. Family - no one is fit. I'm the "weirdo" at the family party.
-
I'd say yes as well.

The willingness, desire and commitment to making it work. Both parties must want it or it's not sustainable once you head into the rocky turbulence that occasionally creeps in. Both must WANT to remain married and be willing to deal with the good, bad and ugly of it all. Just my opinion. Been with the same person 30 years…

Hammer / Chisel, 21DFX and now Body Beast. I enjoy them and benefit from them.
-
Recently turned 50. Been here 800+ days. Anyone can send me a request if they'd like.
-
Many C2 (and other) rowers here. Great source of exercise!
-
I purchased a Spinner NXT and was just a tad more than 1000. Built like a tank.
-
I won a Blaze. Used it for several months. Realized I paid too much for it. Junked it.

All that can be said, I think has. With the addition of indoor rowing, all three make up the forms of cardio I do. I'm not sure any of these will do as much for you in terms of "tone" as much as true resistance training will. I say do all of them if you think you will enjoy them. No point of restricting yourself.

The only diet I followed was the one where I ate what I wanted but less of it carefully tracking Cals In versus Cals out. During the process I learned a bunch about portion sizes, etc... which (so far) has accommodated a successful "maintenance" period for about 1 year after thus far.

I'm not an expert in any of this but in my opinion 10 months is far too long with Body Beast assuming you are sticking to the schedule as designed. That would indicate you have worked it 3 times through. I'd say it's time to graduate and move on. Search the various threads here on weightlifting/resistance training and you…

I row using a Concept2 rower. I think there are several rowers here as well.

I would have left a long time ago if it weren't for my friends. If you have "turned the page" and know what to do, this isn't necessary for weight loss or fitness. I do find my friends inspiring, enjoy lurking in the forums so that's why I still hang on.

Feel free to send me an invite. I will do my best to support you but will not tolerate demeaning posts or people trying to sell stuff. Perhaps I can inspire, if so great but I believe motivation has to come from within oneself to make this happen. At the end of the day, nothing I can say or not say will get you to move or…

Just popping in here as someone who also loves Spinning. Yes, shoes with the clips can make a difference in my opinion.

Some (perhaps many) of us have not had the fortunate experience as you have. Good to know...

Not really. Profile only shows what I've posted and/or what someone else posted to my "wall". The general posts of others (friends) are not on my "Profile" page.

Thanks for doing the ticket. I gave up on those a long time ago due to lack of response. If I had the same issue in Chrome my next step was to simply delete my account. Tired of all the bugs here. Not even worth the free price tag.
-
I've done 21 Day Fix Extreme. I'm also on my 3rd go around with Hammer / Chisel. Plan is to begin into Body Beast next month.
-
I also have this issue in Firefox. I do not have this issue using Chrome or Edge. App is fine as well.

Agreed, but define "good". Is it price, manufacturer or is it "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"? Genre specific? I have a setup that I think is good at the max price I'm willing to spend. Is it junk compared to someone else's opinion? Is it better? I listen to music on a home stereo about 2 hours every day. Only use…

Probably overkill for what you are after but I found Hammer / Chisel to be most helpful for me. Focuses a great deal on lower body and core. p.s. No Shakeology needed....
