  • I love bringing a combination of things to snack on throughout the day. Fruit, yogurt, pretzels, pudding, nuts, veggies, cheese. And it adds up to a whole meal! Also, Healthy Choices mixers are good as far as pre-packaged lunch choices go. Much fresher than frozen meal options and come in a variety of pastas and rice mixes…
