Sorry dear, I don't know what the calculation is at that weight. Maybe you can sign up for a month just to get started and then work the plan on your own?

I track on both, using MFP to keep me in check. Ultimately, Points rule. I keep to my points and then make sure I'm not gloriously under on MFP. I also chose Fat, Carbs, Fibre, Protein as items to track here since the Canadian WW database ain't what it was before they went to Points Plus. Helps me do some quick Point…

I just checked Ragu Canada's website and they don't even have a heavy version of Alfredo sauce here. :( But I'm sure someone does - I'll have to keep an eye out!

Weigh-In Day: Wendesday, August 29 Starting weight: 182.2 Week #: 2 Current weight: 178 Difference from previous week: -2.4 Difference overall: -4.2 NSV: I aggravated an old knee injury three weeks ago. I've been slowly doing more and more in karate class but have not made it through a full class, until today!
-
I weigh in on Wednesdays, I find it to be a good balance! Though it didn't factor into my decision for the day (I only do online), my first karate class of the week is on Wednesday so I get ahead of the game on activity points :)

For those in Canada, Singapore, Qatar or a bunch of countries in Europe, I recommend the store 'Change'. They make their own line and though pricey, it's the only bra I feel comfortable working out in. I'm off to buy another one today! http://change.com

Protein does help with that full feeling, I find. My shake is seven points, but has 35 grams of protein for a scoop. I find that it's worth it! I have one on most workout days, usually right after the workout itself. 2 cups of spinach 1 scoop Kaizen "Vanilla Ice Cream" flavoured protein powder (from Costco) 1/2 cup fat…

And when I'm bored, I'll do this instead: 1 egg 1/4 cup egg whites 1/4 cup black beans 2 tbsp salsa Spray with cooking spray, scramble and serve. Comes to 4 points and is a good-sized breakfast.

I'm not a morning person, so this one does it for me. The night before, put the following in a jar, shake well and put in the fridge overnight: 1/4 c. rolled oats (the 3-5 minute kind) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 banana, quartered & sliced into small bits 1/2 cup of milk (I use unsweetened almond) a few drops of stevia (my…

I do both as well, and try to keep to the 1200 calories, even if it means grabbing an extra piece of fruit or two.

Hello everyone, I'm back on WW after leaving in early 2011 when they switched to Points Plus in Canada. I'm only doing it online so I'm very happy to see that there's a community here on MFP! I started the program three weeks ago, but didn't track for the first two weeks and actually gained some weight in that time.…

Keep in mind that the 'crumbed prawn' is likely shrimp tempura - battered and deep fried.

Just watch your portion. A small bowl isn't so small! Eat half of it and take the rest home for later.

I did my second Workout A last night, and thought about this thread as I got on and off the ball for my second set. I 'superman' to get into position (as in, I get on the ball at my chest and push off to 'fly' forward) and decided that I would try to do the reverse to get off the ball. From the plankish position, I slowly…

For life - I want to smile at my whole self in the mirror, not just at parts of myself. For life - I want to put less pressure on my joints as I get older, and lessen the chances of dislocating my kneecap again. For life - I want to keep up with my very active partner. For life - When I open a karate dojo with said…

This makes sense here... On other boards, bump is used to bump a message thread back to the top of the boards.

This is my current doesn't-feel-like-I'm-eating-healthy-but-I-am recipe right now. In fact, the whole website is filled delicious, full of flavour recipes that just happen to be healthy :) http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/10/crock-pot-asian-pork-with-mushrooms.html

Hey everyone! I wanted to come back and say thanks for the encouragement. I really do appreciate it! After workout #1, I got caught up in the holiday season (in addition to a few other things) and lost sight of my plan. I knew it would be tought to get the program going at this time of year, but I had to try. So it looks…

Day 1: The Super Sad beginnings of Shlobee. I should say up front that my planned first day of this workout was also my hardest PMS day. I realize that it was a bad combo but I didn't want to put off starting any longer. I didn't have my sh** together. Things I'd normally have planned and figured out went out the window,…

Hey there! I'm right there with you. But honestly, though I weigh more than my partner, I don't compare myself to him. I aspire to weigh less, but that's for me. Set a goal and a plan for yourself. I lost 25lbs doing weight watchers online a couple of years ago and now I'm embarking on a heavy lifting regiment. Whatever…

Hello everyone! I joined this group about a little while ago but haven't introduced myself because I haven't been ready. BUt I've made some decisions so here I am! My biggest motivation is the ability to keep up with my partner. He has always been active it's nothing for him to pick up and go. The idea of heavy lifting…

If you're using a blender to mix your protein powder and drinking it immediately, it could be all the excess air that the blender creates. I made a shake this morning and it barely fit into a small perrier bottle. Now that it's been in the fridge all day, it's reduced to 2/3 of this morning's size.
-
My go-to breakfast is this: 1 large egg, beaten 2 tbsp egg white 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed 2 tbsp salsa. I have it nearly every morning. The eggs end up being a reddish yellow because of the combo of salsa and the one yolk.

Congratulations! I'm getting married a week before you :) and I'm hoping to get at least another 15 pounds off - anything beyond that is a bonus!

The first place that comes to mind is Tuxedo Royale... Otherwise I'd just google 'tuxedo rental toronto' and see what comes up.

Hi everyone! I have a pretty unique name and am still paranoid about it all over the interwebs (sorry), so let's just call me Shlobee. I'm getting married on June 21, 2012 and having a bigger ceremony/reception two days later. I originally met my fiance when we were teenagers but didn't really know him. I met him again…
