Fage and Chobani are the best. Without sugar, with evaporated cane juice. I have it with my Kashi at least 3 times week. The flavors are yummy, but with the Fage they are in separate compartments. You just mix the Chobani, especially like the lemon with blueberries or strawberries added in.:flowerforyou:

Don't feel like that! Tell your husband to BACK OFF. Many of us are eating healthier to lose the weight. It is a lifestyle not a diet. Slurpge once in awhile then back to the program. You need to eat to lose the weight. I know it sounds crazy but with the correct portions and the correct nutritutes you will lose. Mix up the exercise every 4 weeks will get you off a plateau. :flowerforyou:

I sometimes log in my strength training as circuit training. When you do weights and cardio that is what it is. I also list the routines I do with the strength exercises and how many pounds I use. I don't get too technical with it. Someone else might give you more info.:flowerforyou:

I love Jazzercise. I wish there was a class near my home. Did it when I moved to Florida for years. Then moved north and noone was offering classes. I am with you. Have completed 1 jog around the bus loop 4 times with a stop for water. I have been doing C25K off and on since this summer. Make sure you stretch real well. Have you taken your measurements and do a body composition? Sometimes we are less than we think because of the body composition numbers. I have 152 lbs. of lean muscle mass but the scale doesn't go down. I was told to keep changing things up and it will follow. :flowerforyou:

I put it under circuit training if I am also adding cardio to it. Then I add each exercise I do under strength training. If you don't do it with cardio, you might put it under aerobics general.:flowerforyou:

Teachers start back on the 16th. I will be glad to have a busy routine. I work out before work and try to work out after work also. Eating won't be difficult, I bring my own lunch and have my snack between breakfast and lunch and then another after work before dinner. :flowerforyou:
