Cheesecake = success.

This morning, I was looking through the glass at the counter & all I seemed to see on the other side was pizza. I made a comment to the girl behind the counter like ... "which one has less calories?". She just kind of smiled & laughed as if to say "yeah, right lady. You're looking here at delicious, hot, out of the oven pizza, and you're asking how many has less calories?" ... I laughed too. I stood there for awhile and then my eye drifted towards another item i longed for. I debated for awhile & then decided, hell....I'm going for it.

I ordered, the BIGGEST piece of cheesecake known to man!! I couldn't help myself. It was calling my name. About halfway through what seemed like my never ending piece of cheesecake ... my mom caught me. I felt guilty about my unhealthy choices for about ... 2 minutes and then looked back through the glass at more cheesecake and said to myself "migod, I could eat that whole lot" ... I was about to order another piece when I heard a familiar cry.

It was my son. He had fallen. His cry was loud ... and it woke me from my AMAZING DREAM.

I wokeup, realized it was a dream, nearly cried a little at the thought of no cheesecake, then felt successful (as i hadn't REALLY eaten the cheesecake). I got up ...

and had an english muffin.

What a great dream.

    lol i've had dreams like that where i totally binged and ate like a whole pizza, then woke up like "yay!!" haha

    lol....you had me there! And for a moment I was jealous that you had cheesecake! Now I'm just jealous that you had such an awesome dream...... :)

    And, now, you don't have to *really* eat the cheesecake b/c you've already experienced it in your dream! LOL

    I made a none fat pumpkin cheesecake and it tastes amazing. I would add more spices to it for more taste. I used the Philadelphia cream cheese recipe and switched ingredients with reduced fat ginger snaps, fat free cream cheese, egg whites, and evaporated cane juice. I will check to see the nutritutional information on here soon. Don't deprive yourself.:flowerforyou:

    I entered everything in the recipe section and it comes up as calories 191, carbs 30g, fat 3g, protein 9g, 1g fiber, and 471 sodium. Enjoy!
