Honestly no idea, I wanted to ask here if it was what I should expect and if the response is no I'm gonna go to a doctor. Only thing is I would think I don't have anything as I used to be fit when I was 18 so not too long ago and I didn't have this issue

Well mfp said in order to lose 2lbs a week to have 1210. I know I can eat more but I wouldn't lose as much and at the moment since my BMI isn't in the healthy range I'd like to be losing 2 lbs a week.

See I'd only be mantaining for a few days cause I havnt hit my goal yet, then I'd be going back to 1210, do you think I should still graduate it or I'll be fine?

Thanks, it's great to hear from someone who actually tried it. Maybe if I do stick to Christmas day only as like a cheat day and try to maintain my calorie intake as it is for the other days but I'd be a lot more relaxed for the time between Christmas and New Years and not get bogged down if I go over, what do you think?

Thanks for all the info guys! See my bmi says it's in the risk of overweight but I don't feel that I should be in that catagory. I do have a good bit of muscle from years of doing tae Kwon do so that's probably why, hopefully anyway, I'll go to my doctor to get it checked anyway just in case

Healthy without a doubt. I've seen the damage being 'boney' can do as it usually comes with an eating disorder, unfortunately a close friend of mine suffers with, he was put through 8 months of hospitalisation but is doing better now thank goodness.
