I am 5'1, lost 40 lbs intitally. Went from 152 to 112 and maintained really well within a 4lb range for the year and a bit. I started to slack on my movement within the last 5 months and gained 8-10 lbs. So on my way back to a lower maintanence weight again.

I am 31, 5'1 and 113 lbs. I am able to maintain well at 1800 cals, on friday/saturday night i tend to go over to about 2000- 2200 cals. I have been maintaining well since September

I am working towards intuitive eating and listening to my bodies hunger signals. I am starting to not track a few days of the week, but I am also logging to stay on track. I have learned what it feels like to eat at or just below my maintenance and know when I have eaten above it. Its a start.

Consistent exercise is a challenge for me. I haven't worked out in 3 weeks and its pretty sporadic when i do. But I am able to maintain really well with the steps, evening walks with dogs and snowshoeing on weekends (when we have time).

I sort of do that, my Friday's and Saturdays are higher, the rest of the week is normal. I have been able to maintain.

I eat a late snack (about 8pm) every night with my glass of wine in the evening. Lost weight and maintained with late snacks.

I do a lot of shopping from old navy.ca, they ship for free if u spend $50 (even to the Yukon). They have petite clothes too. I am 30 yr old, and my maintanence calories us 1650, I tend to eat between 1600 and 2000 calories a day and have lost .3 these last couple weeks. I will figure out my cals though.

I hit maintenance two weeks ago. I am 5'1 and 114 lbs. I haven't quite got the hang of maintaining yet, i have kept losing .3 these last couple weeks but feel free to add me.

I am 5'1 and am currently fluctuating between 117/118. I am going for the maintance range of my weight to be 115-120. I am happy with the weight i am now and feel good, so not looking to go below 115. I usually eat them back. I have a HRM, so my exercise calories are pretty accurate. I try to eat as much as possible while still losing weight. Esp if this is going to be a consistent and maintained weight loss for me. I have lost 23 pounds so far, 9 pounds left till goal. :)
