The woman I suspect my husband is having an affair with now goes to the same gym as me. It's good motivation and I can tell she's intimidated that I lift 3x the weight she does. If I do leave him, at least I'll walk out with the best looking behind I've ever had.

I quit with Chantix on my first try. I noticed I smoked less over the part of the treatment you could still smoke. Quit day was hard, but bearable. The first day I had to go without a pill or a cigarette was a bad one. You can extend the time you take the pill, but I didn't bother and just put up with the withdrawal. I…

It's funny you mention Kraken, because that's the coaster that inspired me to lose weight. I was 5'7" and 222 when I first rode it and felt squished. I rode it again at 148 and I still felt squished - go figure! Ha ha. Glad it got me to lose weight though. I felt comfortable at all weights on Manta, so you should give it a…

Since 2011. Got back from a Florida vacation where I realized I was a bit uncomfortable on the roller coasters. Still not at goal, but slow and steady is working for me.
-
You can add me if you like. I've gone from 222 to 160 (with a final goal of 133). I also did C25K and track on FitBit. You can do it!

I've lost 60ish lbs since 2014. Went from 222 to 198 and stayed there for a while. From 198 to 176; followed by another pause. And, finally, where I am right now, 176 to 160. I've paused again for a bit and my next mini-goal will be 145 (my final goal is 133). By losing slowly, I've managed to keep it off without too much…

Thank you all - I really needed this!

I'm 5'7" and 35 y/o. I started at 222.2 (size 14/16; 42-32-43) and am now 162 (size 10; 37-28-41). I'm very pear shaped and am becoming more so as I get smaller! My goal is to be around 150. I eat between 1200 and 1400 calories/day and I run 5k every second day.

Spanx!

I haven't had any syncing issues with either (Flex or Charge).

I didn't even think to contact customer service. I may have had it for too long now, but I will call them and see what they say. Thanks for the tip!

I had a Flex for years, and then upgraded to the Charge last December. I find it very motivating to see my step count right there on my wrist. I definitely prefer the Charge. The only downfall to the Charge, for me, is that it doesn't seem as durable as the Flex. I have a physical job, and I've already broken the button on…

I sat next to a man on a roller coaster and our arms were so squished together - I could barely fit. I don't want to live in a world where I can't ride roller coasters!

I'm down 35lbs with no change in size. My 34 jeans fit better, but I still can't make it into 32s.

I'm currently losing for a trip to Florida in Feb. 2016. I started at 222.2 and I hope to be somewhere in the 168 range by my trip.

Great post! I'm currently doing C25K and my run tonight is supposed to be the 20 minute jog (week 5 day 3). I'm nervous, but you have given me confidence.

I have the issue with raw and cooked veggies. I have tried every veggie I've come across hoping that I'll like something. I also have the same problem with fruit. The only veggies/fruit I can force down are starches (potato, peas and corn), bananas and cooked/processed tomato. Thanks for the awesome ideas everyone!

I'm averaging about 40-45 g of protein a day. So, yes, protein is an issue.

I said "no" to a grilled cheese sandwich.

Agreed! I have never friend zoned a guy for being too nice, but have been accused of doing so on a few occasions.
-
I sent you a request! I'm 34, nerdy, and had 60 lbs to lose (lost 22 of them so far)

I'm 30 - good guess :)
-
Well, since you just said you're 20 I'm going to have to guess... 20! Ha ha.
