Drink lots of water. It really helps me keep my cravings at bay. Also, try to keep some healthy food around the house (fruits or veggies, whatever you like) so that if you really need to have something to eat late at night and can't really control it all that well than you have something healthy to much on instead. If you drink a looooooooooooooooooot of water throughout the day and with dinner that may help to curb the cravings. That's what I do anyways, and so far it's worked.:smile:

My morning push-ups are done! I also got them in yesterday soooo we're on the right track. I also feel it in my chest more than my arms:ohwell: Oh well, at least I'm feeling something. I love this challenge!

So two days ago I did a class at my gym that involved working with a barbell for an hour and I didn't feel it too much the day of or the day after but today I can't even straighten my arms without it hurting! I'm the opposite of that. :laugh: I can only do around 30 on the treadmill and by the end of that I'm exhausted! And I don't even go that fast and I take lots of breaks.
