Some of my jeans don't fit me anymore, especially skinny jeans. My legs are bigger and my waist is smaller. I weigh a couple pounds more since lifting but my body is firmer. I've gained inches in some places but lost in others.

My naturopath recommended 2 capsules 3 x per day and advised that if I became explosive, to cut back by 1 per day. My bowels are stubborn so I've stuck with 2 x 3.

at 6:30am I eat a hearty breakfast of oatmeal, mixed berries, greek yogurt and whole milk. I work out at 8. If I didn't eat before I worked out, I'd be useless. I'm hungriest first thing in the morning.
