He's getting better. It's just taking time. It's like anything, you don't expect to lose weight overnight. I don't expect his behaviour to be perfect overnight. But on the bad days I find it hard to stay motivated.

Sometimes I have absolutely no time to make breakfast so usually a cereal bar, smoothie or some fruit. Some days I'll have scrambled eggs on a slice of toast or sweet chilli and avocado on toast.

I weight daily and log weekly. I like seeing the oz go down and they keep me on track. Some people hate it. My instructor told me to get rid of my scales but when I stopped using them, found myself losing motivation. I use if for accountability. :)

I wouldn't aim for 2lb a week. Even a pound a week of you're only trying to lose 5lbs is better

I'm on 1200, this works for me, when I exercise I eat more. Your weight/height has an inpact on the numbers. As poster above said, its better to lose slow and steady :)

You can do this! Keep sticking at it even during the hard days and when you start seeing the difference in photos and people telling you, you'll feel amazing and will get there :)

Yeah I brought one a few years ago. Mainly use it to make veggie fries and stuff. Should probably experiment with it more

Hey guys! Here's an updated picture :D Still not at goal weight but getting there! I seem to have toned up a lot on one side of my stomach from where I've carried my son. And lots more stickers on the mirror

me either!! haha Cannot do a push up, cant even do the modified version on my knees, have started doing planks which im getting better at, and wall push ups, just keep goiing :)

I've hit that point at the minute. I'm not eating properly, I'm still going to the gym but not nearly enough and finding every excuse.

i did about a week of it, i swear if i have to listen to that dvd once more il go mad XD its brutal, even level 1 but i did lose a bit of weight :)
