I also have a hypothyroid. It is really easy to gain weight but hard to take it off. Make sure you are putting forth 110% in your exercise. You will need it.

So far, P90X Chest Shoulders and triceps. May run later if I get out of work at a decent hour.

1 cup is 8 oz. And drinking water is a must. It will flush toxin from your body which will also contribute to your weight loss.

P90X PLUS Interval X plus and then 65 steam engines after that just to get some ab work in.

I don't do the gym. I have found that I can do workouts like P90X, Insanity, Slim in 6 etc in my home and not have to fight for equipment. I love the workouts so much i became a coach and now make monyey distributing them. I love it. I won't step into a gym anymore. I also am getting better results.
