£12 a week is quite a lot. is there no monthly fee you can pay where its all included? i would like to join a gym where i can go for a swim too, but the one i could go to is just too expensive compared to what i pay at the moment.

you could use soy sauce :) or you can buy some low calorie stir fry sauces that go nicely with prawns!
