I'm within 5 lbs of my goal and keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds (for the past two months). Thinking I may need to change my goal to my current weight.

I did the HCG diet in January 2010. It does work, but its practically impossible to maintain the weight loss. I lost 12 pounds in 28 days and gained in all back the following year. Now I'm back to square one trying to do this the right way. Live and learn. :ohwell:

I love it!! The Cardio Party Mix 2 is my favorite! However, the long haired dude in the back with the pornstache kinda creeps me out. I have to look away when he's on camera. Its a GREAT workout! Maybe you could turn it down and play your own music to spice it up.

This is so interesting! I'm finding that I only lose 2 weeks out of the month, also. I'm going to increase my calories during Luteal phase and see what happens. Thanks for posting your experiment!!
