WOW well done! I did it for two days then gave up! Still followed it slightly though but I had a 230 calorie breakfast, snack, then 230 calorie lunch and snack and then 400-500 calorie dinner then a snack! I missed real food and found the drinks far too sugary! :( :flowerforyou:

I LOVE carbs too! But in the past few weeks I have given them up (mostly) and feel so much better!I I still have one slice of wholegrain toast at the weekend for breakfast as a treat. Oh yes and seeing another post has reminded me of green monsters! They're a smoothie with a banana, a cup of spinach and one and a quarter cups of soy milk in! My boyfriend hates them too! I am trying to find ways to get him to eat them! One way was to make spaghetti bolognaise and blend up mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and other veggies in the sauce! He didn't even realise they were in there and said it was really nice! :) He also likes bubble and squeak but that is mashed potato…

Exactly the same here! Although I think it was in comparison to my top half because people always use to say I was still skinny!! Thank you for all your help and advice :flowerforyou: I suppose I should keep on with the exercising and see what happens in a couple of months down the line!! x

Hiii! I have been on microgynon 30 for four years ( I am the same age as you) and I think the reason it makes you gain weight is because it makes you feel hungry after taking it for a few hours!! I take it at nighttime to solve this issue as by the time the hunger kicks in I am asleep and it's not enough to wake anyone!!…
