  • I LOVE Body Pump and Body Attack and would totally recommend it! They are amazing, Body Pump has helped tone my body loads! You can do the classes at your own level so it doesn't matter how fit you are :)
  • I'm a veggie too!! Would love more veggie friends who have open diaries :) :flowerforyou:
  • You have done amazing! I have five weeks till my holiday to Tenerife and I am desperately trying to tone up!! Well done to you!! :drinker:
  • Boys LIE. ALL OF THEM. Keep going to the gym. Your friends are right! Spend loads of time with them when you go to college! Most importantly - wear your retainer for the love of God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • That looks delicious! I'm veggie so will substitute sausages for vegetarian ones! I love spicy foods will definitely try this out when I get a chance!!
  • I have the same problem! I feel so thirsty during the night it's horrible!! I've never been tested for diabetes but I think I might just in case! It's ridiculous I drink so much water!
  • Same as you! I am about 90% vegan and 100% veggie! Vegan when cooking for myself but have to relax the rules when eating with friends out and about :)
  • No you'll be fine :) don't worry! :flowerforyou:
  • Paint your nails - then at least you can't pick up food to eat and you get pretty nails at the end :) Have a bath. Go shopping for lovely clothes and party dresses for Christmas! Get started on your to-do list! Drink some water or tea :) Call up an old friend you haven't spoken to in ages and have a chat! Go to the gym…
  • I think you should definitely start toning as well as doing your cardio workouts! You are toning and defining your muscle so you will notice a difference in your body shape much more quickly! I only had 3lbs to lose and started doing body pump on top of cardio - after about a month everyone started commenting on how slim I…
  • Ahh thank you peeps! That looks perfect! :) :flowerforyou:
  • AGREED! :) Could you please post the details of the detox please! :) I think they'd be a lot of people who would like to try it too! :flowerforyou:
  • My friend did it last summer and lost a stone and a half and loved it! :) She didn't go to the meetings and just used the information that she got from her mum (who did go to meetings). She stopped strictly following the plan since October and hasn't put any weight back on! :)
  • Me too! Especially if you have an open food diary add me! I'm always on the lookout for new vegan recipes! :flowerforyou:
  • I've heard that! My boyfriend uses it after an intense workout session, but he is a hardcore cyclist who would cycle 60 miles in a day! It apparently has all the fats and protein needed to replenish your body and some people add oats to it too! I suppose only use it if it's a really intense workout!
  • Definitely think that's true! Everyone needs a different amount of calories a day! Someone who is 6 foot needs a hell of a lot more than a tiny 5 foot person! & when I was 16 I could eat so much without putting on anything and even though I'm only 21 now there is a BIG difference! This is why it annoys me when I see…
  • That's a good idea!! In five weeks I will weigh 130.8lbs! THAT'S 2LBS UNDER MY GOAL WEIGHT! YAY! Feeling very motivated now! :flowerforyou:
  • I feel your pain lovely! I feel tired ALL the time too and it's because I'm veggie/vegan and need my B12! I would suggest just keep taking your iron tablets and make sure you take in enough Vitamin C each day (leafy greens, blackcurrants and strawberries) because it helps the absorption of iron into the blood!!! If it…
  • Quorn Ham slices, coleslaw and salad in a wholemeal oaty roll! I just ate it and it was YUMMY!
  • Well I suggest going vegetarian first! Just substitute anything meat you usually have for quorn products! For example tonight my family are having cottage pie and I am having quorn cottage pie! :) It's so simple nowadays with all the substitutes! vegweb.com have lots of recipes if you're into cooking! After you've got used…
  • My lowest weight was around 9 stone 3lbs (129lbs) and I remember being really happy with myself then so it is my first goal! But I would love to be 9 stone (126lbs) so when Christmas comes it doesn't matter if I pile on a couple of pounds! :flowerforyou:
  • In my experience 100g of wedges frozen would be about 8 wedges! (100g frozen = 77g baked) Hope that helps! :flowerforyou:
  • Hahaha this was so funny and perked me up after getting drenched in the lovely english weather we're having!! Thank you for sharing!! :flowerforyou:
  • Aww! I will reply even though I am no expert! I would suggest upping your exercise like you said! The things you have been trying to incorporate sound like lovely starting points!! I'm dubious on the value of increasing calories in order to help weight loss :noway: so not sure what to suggest apart from saying it…
  • I always try to have a large breakfast!! I usually don't like eating much after lunch so usually have around 25% of my calorie intake for breakfast! Today I had a big bowl of museli and soy milk which was just over 300 calories!
  • I just worked out that I actually run roughly 5.4 miles an hour! Quite shocked! I couldn't find a way to delete this post though when I found out :( Thank you for your help anyway!
  • LOVE this post! Thank you for the information! :flowerforyou:
  • I have firefox but would rather just 'bump'! It's quick and simple!! :) I don't think that bumping ruins the conversation flow! People can just scroll past all the bumps if they wish and read the more 'indepth' comments! It doesn't cause offense to anyone and I doubt many people avoid the message boards because of bumping?…
  • I like to 'bump' a post where there is information in that I want to read later! That way, when I have time, I can just click on 'My Topics' and see the topics I want to read, rather than having a big bookmark folder (which has got too many bookmarks in it already, haha!).
