Hello All,

I wanted to share this recipie with you, its my favourite and its super healthy.

1 tin of indian spiced tomatoes.
1 tin of Chick Peas, drained.
1 large onion, chopped.
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped.
4 spicy sausages (ready to eat)
4 rashers of bacon.
1 tablespoon of tobasco sauce (I like it hot!)

So chop the onion, fry it in a wok with some non stick spray, (on a medium to high heat)
chop the peppers, and add those too.
Then you can add the 4 rashers of bacon (I like to cut mine up into pieces), and the 4 spicy sausages (also chopped into bite sized chunks).
Cook until the bacon is cooked, and the veggies are softer.

Then you can add the chick peas and the indian spiced tomatoes, and cook until it is hot and bubbling, then add the tobasco sauce.

It serves around 5, i like to make mine at the beginning of the week and use it for my lunch.
You can put it on top of almost anything, pasta, rice, vegetables, jacket potato.

Nutritional information:

Per serving:

Calories: 248

Of course you can remove the indian spiced tomatoes, and have a dry stir fry for less calories, but i like mine saucy so i can dip crusty bread..

YUM!

Hope someone will try it!
