Hey!
I'm going back to uni next week and so will start my running sessions in Richmond Park again (yay!:glasses:) However I never know how to carry my phone and keys about without wearing an annoying side bag that bumps into me every five seconds:explode:
Does anyone out there have any tips for me!
Thank you!!

Google SPIbelt, not perfect but pretty good for carrying keys and small stuff.0

Buy a running belt/waist pack but make sure it's soft material on the inside so it doesn't rub too much. You can buy large ones to carry water in but I just use a really small thin onejust for my ipod and house keys. As long as you pull the belt really tight it shouldn't move/bang.0
