Terriers, terriers, terriers. Jack Russells, the short-legged variety, are on the top of that list. I like dogs with intelligence and personality and JR, well, all terriers really, think they're wolves. Gotta love it!

I used to retain like a mofo, until I found a natural remedy called Femal Balans Forte in Swedish. It's based on pollen and by taking two pills a day (you should take one) I'm no longer retaining and my pms and ovulating stress are almost non-existent.

Make space for it in your weekly calories. Why not indulge once a week? I luuurve Tom Collins drinks and make sure that I have enough calories left for one or two come Saturday (weigh-in in the morning, alcohol in the evening).
