I'm a Taurus through and through. By birth and by personality 100%. Chinese, I'm a goat.

I'm reading this while eating my whole wheat protein pancakes I made. OM NOM NOM. For the most part, I modify things to make them healthy and tasty, and modify the rest of my day perhaps if I must. Like pizza, I make my own pizzas with chicken on a whole wheat pizza crust. My favorite food is guacamole, but I eat it in a…

I'm constantly changing up the foods I eat, but one thing I won't change anytime soon is my bread. Schwebel's Smart Lite Wheat Per slice: 35 calories 8g carbs 3g fiber 2.5g protein And it tastes just fine to me.

The fitbit measures quality of sleep based on whether or not you are "active" or "inactive" while you're in bed, then it gives you a sleep quality percentage. When you're getting ready for bed, you turn on the stopwatch feature (just hold down the button until it starts) and put it in the provided cloth sleeve, then turn…

I've owned my fitbit for 3 months, and I absolutely LOVE it. If you're planning on linking it to mfp though, just beware that the fitbit is going to give you a whole bunch of extra calories throughout the day based on how many you burn, however, until the day is done, it's only a prediction, so it's pretty easy to go over…

^^ Me right now. I must try this.

This. This is exactly what I do and it works like a charm.

2 main reasons besides health that I want to be thiner. 1. I want to have a decent looking body because I haven't had one for as long as I can remember. But mostly 2. So I can ride roller coasters again without worrying about whether or not I'll fit in the restraints.

A sandwich with chicken, light miracle whip, romaine lettuce and tomato all on diet wheat toast, a sugar free strawberry jello with sliced strawberries in it, and water! :drinker:

I have so much love for that series. Made me fall in love with Dystopian fiction.

For bread, I really like Schwebel's Smart Light Wheat bread. It's only 35 calories per slice and only 8 carbs per slice, 3 grams of fiber. (Making 16g carbs and 6g fiber per two slices.) It's really good and the best I've found when trying to find a bread low in calories and net carbs!

Yepp. I'll be working 3-8ish pm tonight. Happy Easter everyone.

Moe's... but I guess I'm kind of prejudice because I used to work there when I was in high school... Chipotle's okay, Qdoba is alright too, but Moe's is the best. Put their chipotle ranch on anything and it instantly tastes amazing.

Yes. He weighs in at a healthy 185ish for his 6ft height and small body frame. :frown:

I don't live in Wisconsin anymore, but I've spent most of my life there... I grew up in Green Bay.

Yeah, I would have dumped that tea over her head. People like that disgust me. I don't have a problem with people who don't like the fact that people are overweight, since I think that "non-acceptance" helps those of us that are get healthy, but there's that, and then there's just being plain rude for no legitimate reason.…

I just imagine how my boyfriend will propose, as I'm sure he will... someday... BUT, he knows what ring I do want eventually when such a thing may occur... (it's circled in a magazine with a purple sharpie hanging on our bulletin board. ) I only have the following clues: 1.) Apparently, it's going to be two…

It's funny that you mention this, because my boyfriend and I just talked about this a few days ago when I was back home in Wisconsin for my sister's wedding. I was having fun and called her soon-to-be-husband her "hubby" and my boyfriend proceeded to exclaim how much he hates the term "hubby". It's not like I mean anything…

Paranormal Activity 3: 3/5... the boyfriend liked it, but I'm not huge on the Paranormal franchise. Kindergarten Cop: 4/5... love that movie. Shaun of the Dead: 4/5... I find this movie funny, but the boyfriend found it stupid.

Nuts are a good source of protein, but can be high in fat, but the good kind of fats, as well as peanut butter. However, for peanut butter, I would probably suggest a reduced fat version. Chicken breast, turkey breast, and fish are all good, lean proteins. Protein powders and some bars can be good too, but when using…

Cheese, nuts, lean proteins like chicken and fish... just make sure you are eating plenty of protein, especially if you are strength training as it will assist in the muscle repair process. It does seem like a lot of food, but you'd be surprised of just how much food you can eat if you're eating the right things.

You should probably be netting at least 1200 calories a day... any less than that, you're probably under eating.

I really don't think I look like anybody... but any suggestions? However, I have been told a couple of times that I resemble a poet from the 60s named Sylvia Plath... Do you see it...?

I lost about 30lbs before I dropped a pant size.

With MFP's sugar count, you really can't eat a whole lot of fruit together. 30ish grams of sugar a day is the recommended intake for people who are not diabetic of ADDED sugars, not natural sugars like those in fruit. So, to be honest, I don't really follow MFP's sugar count too closely, because according to that, I can't…

I have PCOS, and in a year, I lost 60lbs. Sure, I probably could have lost more, maybe, but having PCOS does affect the metabolism, so getting it up to speed can be difficult. Since PCOS has to do with being insulin resistant, I almost try to treat my body as if I were diabetic... cutting empty carbs, cutting fat and…
