Stuck at work on Easter Thread

Not working, but sprained my ankle a week ago and could not make the flight (or 6hour drive) to go spend Easter with my family as usual. The ankle also prevents me from doing much (going for a hike, etc), and although getting some downtime is good, after 3 days, I'm sick of being stuck at home.0

Right here with you!0

ive been here since about 7 too but i get to leave at 3 not 80

I don't mind working because the clients are helping cook a dinner (just put the ham in for a 1pm dinner!) and I get to eat with them, which is always fun and eventful!
Also I miss family brunch, which usually turns into a confusing fiasco and no one actually ends up eating together. I will be having my parents and M-I-L over for dinner later so I won't go without seeing family :-)
Also! I get out of cooking dinner tonight. My husband gets out of work earlier than me so he will be doing most of it and dang is he a good cook!0 -
nice you guys doing ham at the house as well? mmmm i love ham dinners0
-
Yup!
At work it's ham with pineapples and cherries and at home is glazed ham yummmm0 -

Sometimes my wife and I think we should switch parents... Well one side of my family.. They all love her to death and her family listens to me over her... Kinda funny how that works out.0 -
Working until 3pm at front desk in a hotel. At least it's not busy today.0

yeah sean i dont think they are as fond of me today but they all said they were available to work so :-P to them lol
xayekim the whole inlaw thing isnt so great for her (she gets frustrated with my mom daily i think) but her mom listens to me and tells her not to be mean and stuff to me so i love it and laugh every time it happens0
