Wow, just read the article. 3,7000 calories is a lot. From what I've seen in documentaries it just looks like they're starving, I've seen some milk, some noodles and some jelly as far as I remember

Thank you, that's what I'm actually doing right now, but I assume my low weight is also due to the fact of my small bones (for example my dad has no muscles at all and he's the same height as me but weight 172 but his wrist for example is 20 centimeters (about 8 inches) so I guess bone density also adds some more pounds…

Alright, so I was 156 two days ago and I started to worry, then I was 153 yesterday and today I'm 151 so I guess it was just water weight. (I didn't actually do anything, I kept my diet and my water intake the same). Bodies are a weird thing huh ? :smiley:

Thanks, but I'm kinda scared of Nair, some people said it burned their skin haha. Anyway I first want to buy some clippers/body groomer to at least shorten it and then shave it completely (I guess it's a good thing to do right ? haha I've never shaved my body before)

I did it because at first I started Insanity at 2200 calories and lost like half a pound in two weeks so I had to go lower and when I went to 1500 I was losing 1-1.5 lbs per week

How fast is your metabolism lol ?I gained those 20 pounds by eating about 2,500 calories a day while playing football and bulking because I needed to gain weight (which I eventually did, but most of those 20 pounds were fat haha)

That's so true, for people that are never hungry it might be alright but I'm always hungry, I could EASILY eat 10,000 calories a day like some bodybuilders do on YouTube on their cheat days, and I could do it everyday, I swear lol I keep my stomach full by drinking lots of water and eating like half an apple then an hour…

Personally I was surprised too because, well, the diet is healthy, I mean no sugar and junk food which is great since I've been eating sugar and burgers everyday for months lol on the other hand I was expecting less fruit and more protein like eggs, or something like that ..
