  • Depending how bad I feel, I at least go for a long walk.
  • Yeah the kettlebells. Reading about it. Like that they are shorter, much shorter than P90x and only 3 days a week.

  • There are those times when one little piece of dark chocolate isn't going to do it for me so I turn to Banana Babies. Its a half banana dipped in dark chocolate frozen. So good. You could always make them yourself.
  • Golden Garlic 1 cup evoo 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup low sodium soy lots of fresh garlic and ginger (as much or as little as you like) put all ingredients in food processor. I will never buy store bought again.
  • If I want salty-Nuts (I specifically like Blue Diamond b/c they have flavors) or Popcorn If i want sweet-I like Banana Babies in Dark Chocolate. Its a half banana dipped in dark chocolate frozen on a stick...Heaven. Or you could always make your own. Strawberries dipped into some chocolate.
  • There is no such thing as a bad fruit or vegetable. In this day and age when over half of the population is overweight, eating grapes as a snack is a good choice. It is high in natural sugar versus berries so maybe half your portion and pair with some almonds or pistachios.
  • I agree and have done the same. I refuse to follow any particular plan. I just cut out processed stuff 95% of the time and try to eat lean meats, lots of vegetables and fruits, nuts, and I love my dairy. I have lost a couple of pounds and some body fat. Its got to be something you can live with forever.
  • I thought lean meat, fruits, veggies, nuts was the way we are suppose to eat anyway? Doesn't sound extreme to me.
  • I've given up looking at the scale number. I more or less want to look as if I have lost the last 10 lbs so basically I just want to maybe lose a size and tone.
