I'm 5'1" Starting weight 210lb and trying to get down to 160lbs! In high school I stayed around 120lb...but with life and Two kids later...here I am....

I've been looking into the Tracy Anderson Method...I liked her videos for toning up Arms...and she's a short gal but looks long and lean...it's the type of exercizes that you do...not how many...Check her out on Youtube..or check with your local library for her videos...

It depends on HOW much muscle you had to begin with...If you were fairly fit...then I think you're ok...plus sounds like you are doing lots of running around (which may equal ok cardio)...just keep some small 2-3lb weights in your room...or use some resistant bands...lots of video on YouTube...can get muscle back quickly…
