  • I've heard that you should: 1) put lotion on your skin everyday....2) Do toning exercises (resistance bands or weights) If you lose the weight with no toning you'll just be "Skinney Fat"....like Jonah Hill the actor... He lost lots of weigh, but he still looks chunky...lol

  • I do ZUMBA and walking tapes...I love Leslie Sansone (Walking off the pounds)....I also go to YOUTUBE and bring up tons of free fitness videos...I also workout with Resistance Bands twice a week (15min each session).... I prefer to workout at home...I'm so done with the Gym scene:drinker:
