This would be wrong. You tell MFP how much weight you want to lose per week. (I'm at half a lb.) It does some factoring and tells you how many calories to consume based on what you say your level of activity is. If you work out more than your initial activity setting, then you should eat those calories back.

Sounds like you're trying to diet instead of changing your life. Recognize that the old you is how you ended up overweight. There's no such thing as a cheat day or vacation. Vacations are meant to get away from work. Doesn't mean you can't find time to work out. If you want to eat more calories, you're just gonna have to…

I like the second paragraph in this one.
-
Where'd you get your facts?
-
My uncle has lost a lot of weight doing Yoga. I'd try that. I do it once in a while and feel like I got a good work out, but I don't remember my heart rate increasing much.
-
Well, I'd say make sure you are logging everything you eat as accurately as possible. Try to eat about an hour and half before you work out. Small meals for dinner. Come as close to 0 on the net calorie counter as possible. Make sure weight lifting is part of your workout routine. 3 days a week if you can.

I usually get the dollar menu burger and fries. It's delicious and I know it's not more than I need. Even if I do still feel like I can eat more.
-
When jumping around and making quick movements with my feet I wear them.
-
Not sure what you mean by grace, but willpower is nice to have.
-
What's your height weight and goal? Are you eating back calories you work off?
-
If that picture is you, now, I would say not to worry about weight gain. You may be at your maintenance weight.
-
Some people mentioned taping them. Not sure how that works with hair.

Long runs will cause pain. Pain makes you want to stop. There are often times I just want to lie down and go to sleep. If the pain is in your joints, you should ease up. If it's in the muscles, you can probably keep going for a bit. But make sure you rest at least until there's very little soreness in your muscles before…

I haven't checked through all the posts, but noticed a few mentioned stalls. What I do is left heavy on the negative side. Mostly just for bench. You'll want a partner though, otherwise it gets tedious. Last year I was trying to get to 315 x 1. Around 275, my increases stopped. The heavy negatives at around 405 helped me…

Lower your weekly weight loss goal. Make it an extra long workout a couple times a week.
-
If you're not feeling tired or sore from these workouts, go ahead and do some more.
-
I honestly don't get it. What were people saying to make that individual write that?
-
Some people don't like em. That, and they go bad fairly quickly. I love fruit or a couple days, then I just forget about it as an option.
-
Measure yourself in the morning only.
-
Buy stuff a size bigger. Get it fitted. Shop around for a cheap place.
-
I wouldn't worry about the scale right now. Focus on those inches.
-
Have you been measuring? Try sticking to the plan, no cheat days, for a month. Measure and weigh today. Do it again in a month.
-
If it's just hard, keep trying to do them. If you actually can't, yes, change them. Try to work the same muscles though.
-
2000 is fine. If you're not trying to lose it fast. Mine's set to lose 1/2 lb with no activity. gave me 1960. If you put yourself as active, it took that into account.
-
I'd just go with it. If you are quite heavy, your body uses more calories than the average person. MFP factors that in, then gives you 2000 to lose 2 lbs a week or so. (switch "2" with whatever your weight loss per week goal is.)
-
In what way? If you think you're eating too much, buy some measuring cups and a small food scale.
-
Do you lift weights? I'd start there. Tricep extensions. Curls. close hand push ups (or bench press) . bar dips. generally working them out. Other than that, they'll go away as you lose weight.

This is the best advice.

1. She asked opinions. 2. I'm a guy, I think mine counts. 3. Guys aren't attracted to flower print shirts. If I saw her, I'd think motherly type. Not really what a guy is looking for on a first meeting.

Wanting someone to compliment you is not conceited. Telling someone how great you are is. You worked hard, you have every right to want people to notice.
