Quit soda
I took a break from drinking soda. Started in early February. I don't feel any different. Was thinking maybe I'd feel healthier. Has anyone quit drinking soda and actually felt different?

Does anyone else find gaming is really interfering in your workouts? Right now Starcraft 2 is stealing all my workout time. I'm an addict. =(

OMG! Water is dangerous!
I've been doing some research and studies have shown that water can erode mountains turning them to sand. Imagine what that's doing to your teeth!

Running NSV
The other day I ran my first 2 miles in just under 16 minutes. I haven't been able to do that since about 2005. Woot!

Too much time on the scale
I would like to see less posts about weight and more posts about measurements. I recommend people measure both forearms and upper arms, neck, chest, between chest and stomach, naval, hips, both upper legs and both calves. I believe this will help those with plateau problems.

Golf Calories
I put in the exercise list, Golf while pulling the cart, and it listed it at over 1000 calories in 3 hours. Is that accurate for the average person? Anyone know?

Hi. I'm new to this message board and new to dieting. Never had to before, but I let myself go for a few years and now there's just too much of me. I'm hoping this calorie counter might help.
