Hi. I'm new to this message board and new to dieting. Never had to before, but I let myself go for a few years and now there's just too much of me. I'm hoping this calorie counter might help. Not so sure I want to change my diet, just want to eat less I think. Though maybe I should just eat healthier foods, so I can eat more. We'll see.

    Hi there! You will find this site very helpful and full of support. Depending on what you calorie allotment for the day is you may have no choice but to eat a bit healthier so that you won’t be hungry! Also try and incorporate some exercise so you won’t feel guilty if you indulge every once and a while. Good luck on your journey!
