Ahhh, two more... When you can turn your stomach rolls into Tina the Talking Tummy to the amusement of your children AND When said children spend hours harassing you to try and get you to do the 'Truffle Shuffle' All true

Your 10 year old son happens upon an extremely BBW in a bikini on the internet and asks if it is you! *Yep, really happened....

A couple thoughts... If you have your calories set to lose two pounds a week, maybe set it at one pound a week to allow you to eat a few more calories and still lose weight. Or maybe add more exercise in order to allow for more calories? If what you want is to get fit and lose weight, which is why I believe you are here...…

Wonderful job! I wish I could see the look on his face when he saw the new you for the first time!

Whew, with all those allergies you must be pretty limited on what you can eat! I wish you the best of luck on this journey to health! Congrats on your weight lost so far :flowerforyou: Feel free to add me as a friend! Carrie

That is wonderful! Congratulations!

Great job! Keep up all the good work!

Drink, Drink, Drink! That could help both problems. There is a lot of sodium in your diet now and you need to counteract that with a lot of water. Also, add some fiber foods to your diet that are low carb such as some that can be found at: http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/nutrition/a/fibercounts.htm

I work out in the evenings, so it's usually whatever I have for dinner that fuels my workout, too. Before bed, I eat a bowl of quick cooked oats with sugar free maple syrup. For some reason it helps me sleep and keeps me from getting restless leg syndrome.

Whoohoooo! Way to go, everyone!

My problem with the 30DS is not necessarily my knees or ankles, but my shoulder from previous rotator cuff injury. I have to really be careful and modify a lot of the over the head arm raises because of this. I've heard a lot of people complaining about knee / ankle issues. It may just be that our bodies are not used to…

While I am not going to get into any arguments about if it is 'right' or not, I used to think that it would cause me to gain weight. However, I also have a hard time sleeping and have found within the last couple weeks that if I eat a bowl of quick oat oatmeal with some sugar free maple syrup before I go to bed, I sleep…

Level 2, Day 2 is done. Planks are killing my shoulder. Never reccommend this workout to someone who has a prior rotator cuff injury is all I have to say, lol.

I went through the same thing when I started. But last week I dropped four pounds. Just keep doing what you are doing. Without being able to see your food diary, that's about the best advice I can give you. Make sure you are drinking your water, too!

L2D1 done. Had an extra day off last week due to .. well, just being lazy. I think I like level 2 better than level 1!

Mother or not, the post on FB would be the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I say keep your money. You've done enough. Some people really need to learn to take responsibility for themselves. Just sayin'....

Except when I first started the Shred, I have been doing at least 30 - 60 minutes of other workout related activity. I'm starting level 2 today. I don't see that it would be a problem keeping up on whatever other things you've been doing as long as you have the energy and time to put into it all.

Thanks for the info. I will start eating back 1/2 my exercise calories. Plus, I am also evaluating my carbs, fats and proteins as well. Appreciate you taking the time to look at my diary!

I've been considering this too. No matter what I do, staying at or just above 1200 calories, exercising every day, measuring & logging everything that goes into my mouth, I have only lost 2 pounds in over 6 weeks. This is very discouraging. I know I have reactive hypoglycemia, so I've been reading The South Beach Diet.…

Great job! Congratulations !

L1D9 Done yesterday. I had an unexpected day off from the Shred on Tuesday because we spent the day at the Creek and had other errands to run. But, I did get lots of exercise done that day. Today, it's on to Day 10, then tomorrow Level 2!
