Maybe you can do cardio and some weight training at the same time. Something like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I'm on day 8 right now. As for diet, I just try to stay in the guidlines set for me here. You have come so far already, don't get down on yourself now!

L1D8 Done! I got it in earlier today and did not use the DVD. I've pretty much memorized everything on it and did not need Jillian telling me what to do. L1D7 done. I dunno 'bout you ladies, but this is still very hard for me. I can't imagine what level 2 is going to be like. Every time she says that if we are on day 5, 6 or 7 we should see how much easier we should be finding it (can't remember her exact words) I want to scream! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Happy Monday! I actually gained 2 pounds this week, however I lost 3.25" since May 16th. Go figure! I'm not going to sweat it since I feel very PMS-y and I've been doing The 30 Day Shred. Sunday's challenge is fixing to be done. It is officially Rest & Recoup. Day for me exercise-wise, but I will be scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning my bedroom, running the vaccume and other misc. household chores.

Today is Rest Day for me! Thank God! My shoulder is just screaming! And of course, the best part about it all is.... NO JUMPING JACKS !! :laugh: :drinker:

Three bins - Keep, Donate, Trash. Then take it 15 minutes at a time. Maybe a third box for just the paperwork that needs to be filed. Try not to get overwhelmed. Do 15 minutes and take a break. Go back for another 15 minutes. You'll be surprised how fast it gets done!

Check out the local non-profit organizations in your area. They are always looking for volunteers. Plus, you would be able to meet other people as well! Even if you volunteered at the local humane society! (If you like animals, that is..)

I agree with the 30 Day Shred! I'm doing it now. As for food, the most important thing is to educate yourself on what you are putting in your mouth! (READ LABELS & LOG YOUR FOOD) You will start being able to make better choices once you see what everything consists of calorie-wise, etc. Don't give up! You can do it!

I seem to be consistently doing my workouts in the evenings. I just have more energy then. I got Just Dance 2 today and it is very fun! I'm adding it to my daily workouts along with the 30 Day Shred I've been doing (just completed L1D5!) Met today's goal, by the way!

It could be. The 6 lb.s could be water weight. Plus, if you have been exercising a lot, maybe you are gaining muscle. I wouldn't give up though.
