My husband is on here with me and so is my Best friend. We keep each other accountable and even though my husband doesn't go in the forums (and I rarely do) he uses my diary to help him fill his stuff in..haha so he doesn't have to look it all up himself since we eat a lot of the same things and I am the main cook.

I was never a runner either and the things you said in your blog are so true for me as well! It is hard for me, but i love it! Thanks! I do not have a bike but I really want one, just not in the budget right now. That would ultimately be ideal. I just have to let this heal all the way and ease back into it. It is very frustrating.

Ive been on here 12 weeks and lost 20 lbs. Average of 1.666 a week. ill take it!! Its amazing how much faster the men seem to drop the lbs than us women.

I have the same exact thing for breakfast and I actually measured out my PB. Have you ever done that? Because a serving is usually 2 tbsp and honestly, that is a LOT of PB. I can get away with one TBSP and its about 185 for my muffin ( I use the 90 cal sara lee ones) and 1 tbsp of peanut butter.

If I can figure out how to eat that many healthy calorie I am going to up mine. MFP has it set at 1600 and I usually only net about 1300 a day.
