L1 day 6 today! I may go out and buy a couple 5lb hand weights, because some of the exercises are too easy with 3lb.

L1D5 done. I think I need to buy some 5lb hand weights...I can't use them for the shoulder raises (those are killer!) but the bicep curls are just too easy at 3 lbs. and I agree about upping your water intake--I need to do the same.

that's too bad :( My mother had/has endometriosis and it runs in my family. I understand your pain--my mom barely carried me to term because of hers (on top of a few other things)! I've noticed that if I buy a quart of whole milk, it takes way longer to spoil than a quart of skim/1% milk. Thanks a lot! I hope so!! I gotta admit I'm really skeptical though because I've starter working out more and am working on my eating habits....but I've never lost a pound. And I do pretty long, fairly intense cardio. I just don't get it! Maybe strength training is what I need though. We'll see!
