Ha Ha. Naw, just like to spice things up a bit. Some gym, some Beachbody, some Spin, Bootcamp, Kickbox, etc. Variety is the spice of life! (Insanity, T25, P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, etc. etc....). Yes, I'm a bit insane!

As a general lay out of money, yes they are a bit expensive. But they average about $10/a particular workout, not much different than buying something from Target, etc. I still have my gym memberships, so they don't "replace" them either. But, yes you do have them for life!

I've purchased numerous programs from them. Have had no problems with "people hounding me" or anything. I like them. But I don't think that the Shakeology is necessary. And you have to be willing to commit to the workouts. They are expensive, you could probably find something cheaper. But I like the quality and…

I beg to differ...I've worked at McDonald's (in high school and college). Been out in the real world for years now and still eat McDonalds. No problems...

Tried it, it didn't "stick". The days I would run I really dreaded it. I thoroughly enjoy all my other workouts and so why do something I dread when I can get a great workout and enjoy myself at the same time. Running isn't the "be all" of exercise. Do what you like and you'll continue to exercise...do what you don't like…

Some of us are "religious" and still have no issue with divorce...

I'm from Wisconsin, so in winter, I start my car a bit before I leave for work so it can warm up. Went out to start the car, walked past the running car to get the dog and bring her out for a potty break. Walk back past the running car to bring the dog in and then proceed to spend the next 5 minutes looking for my car…

Go, you! Great job!!:drinker:

Yes, this. Very fun! Also, add that we brought a change of clothes, towels and a garbage bag to put the dirty clothes in afterward. Otherwise, it would have gotten all over our car too!

I'm thinking this may be what my problem is. I orginally lost 12 pounds, eating 1000-1200 K and exercising an hour a day 6 days a week. Then it stopped. I upped my exercise to 2 hours 6 days a week, and dropped my calories eating between 500-1000 K. Yes, I was weighing/measuring foods, only eating serving sizes, etc.,…

Absolutely... NOT~~~

Edited because the pictures didn't come up and I was looking at the profile pic. I'd have to say definitely beagle/cocker is a good guess. Or depending on size, instead of cocker maybe a terrier?

Strength training and then a cardio HIIT

Yippee! I'm number #3. Oh, wait, that's absolutely nothing to cheer or be excited about. This winter is stinking really bad...   :explode: :grumble:

30 any day of the week. 80 I get overheated and can't cool down, hard to breath, etc. 30, I wear layers, warm up and start to shed layers as I go. Quite warm by the time I'm done

I'll second the almond milk!

The TurboFire series has 4 HIIT dvd's in it. It's a series of DVD's for cardio, has some strength (with bands) and then the HIIT one's. It's through Beachbody and a bit expensive but you get a bunch of dvd's and the bands, etc. Everything you would need for those workouts.

I got the Polar Loop for Christmas, nice price, nice product. But after wearing it everyday, and it only recording 60 calories burned for my spin class I did some more lookiing and according to Polar it doesn't measure exercise calories unless you wear it with a specific bluetooth chest strap. So, now I've ordered that and…

I get nothing, and I'll like it...ok, I don't like it, but I work for the State of Wisconsin and apparently the tax payers don't want to pay me a bonus, go figure!

I had my gall bladder out July 2012. I've gained 15 pounds since then. I've tried lower my calories (even down to 200-500 cal) and also increasing my exercise (to 2 hours a day, cardio 6 days a week, plus strength training three days). Nothing has worked. I've not only gained the weight by my body fat has gone up by 11.5%,…

I know, but....you can't eat fat or you'll get fat! Therefore, if I leave it out, it doesn't count, silly.
