Going to Memphis to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. Having dinner out Saturday night, going to a BBQ Sunday...drink of choice, Bud Select 55, that way I can get my drink on and my eat on without killing the waistline! :drinker: The whole family will be there so it should LOTS of fun!

Just think after you work out you can log your exercise in and you have all those extra calories for the rest of day. Makes me feel better, than trying to work around the calories all day hoping to get some exercise time in after work to give me a little cushion and then something comes up and I don't get to exercise, now…

Pudding, jell-o has some with no sugar and only 60 calories, cottage cheese if you handle a little lumpiness, cooled down chicken broth, lots of sodium but my mom always told me chicken soup helps everything ; ), and frozen yogurt. Hope you feel better soon!

I find that clothing makers sizes can be off. Some things I am this size, some things I am another size. Very confusing and yes frustrating too!

Never had a bikini wax or tattoo, but I can attest to the pain of childbirth and that lasts a lot longer than a daily workout!!!! :wink:

I've heard a warm bath with epson salts really helps alot! Relaxes muscles and draws toxins from the body. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Love it!! but only get to go on vacation when we rent a kayak (ocean and marsh kayaking is very cool) I would say if there is a guide/tour group you could start there, that would include the kayak and the tour of the area. You may consider too, if you do cook at night, don't cook for one, cook for two or three and then you have leftovers for lunch the next day and/or dinner. Personally I have found it's the only guaranteed time I can get it in. By the time I am done with work, drive home it can be 6:30 or later and then there are a million other things to do at home other than workout. My husband and I do bike or walk at night sometimes, but the weather sometimes gets in the way of that too.…

I agree with rogueparagon, do something new and different. I was getting bored with walks around the neighborhood...so I changed up and rode my bike instead over at a park area, new scenery, new muscles working, fresh air...really pumped me up!
