Looking for Maintenance Friends...
I reached my goal weight + 2lbs back in February of 2012. I started maintenance calories in March 2012 and I have been successful and have not gained anything back. I am looking for friends who are also on maintenance for a little support, and motivation, exercise suggestions, etc. Thanks

Ab Advice Please
I have heard and read you should do strength training every other day so that your muscles have a chance to rest and repair...is that the same for ab exercises? Should you do them every other day or is it safe and okay to do them every day or at least a few days in a row? Thanks!

Logging Walking Exercise
My husband and I walk around our neighborhood, it's about 60 minutes and 3.5 miles. There are at least 4 really decent hills that we go up and down and a couple of smaller hills. Would I log that as Walking uphill 3.5 mph or just walking 3.5 mph? (I don't have a HRM and don't have the money to invest in one right now).…

Holiday Weekend
Anyone feeling a little antsy about the long holiday weekend? I'm going out of town to visit family and I know there will be lots of food and not much opportunity to work out. Trying to stay positive and figure out creative ways of staying on target...any suggestions?
