Logging Walking Exercise

My husband and I walk around our neighborhood, it's about 60 minutes and 3.5 miles.
There are at least 4 really decent hills that we go up and down and a couple of smaller hills.
Would I log that as Walking uphill 3.5 mph or just walking 3.5 mph?
(I don't have a HRM and don't have the money to invest in one right now).
Thanks in advance for the help!

MFP tends to overestimate your cals burned. I'd go with the regular 3.5mph.

I walk/run around a hilly area too, I'd log it as "walking 3.5 mph"
It's only an estimate anyway, so I tend to think better to be under than over.
I don't have an HRM either and have lost over 30 pounds without one, so don't worry too much about it!
