Holiday Weekend

Anyone feeling a little antsy about the long holiday weekend?
I'm going out of town to visit family and I know there will be lots of food and not much opportunity to work out.
Trying to stay positive and figure out creative ways of staying on target...any suggestions?

Agreed! And when there's lots of variety, either take a little taste of everything or just a full serving of your favorite of the healthy choices. I find that at family events I stand most of the time instead of sitting...not sure if this is the greatest calorie burn, but it's better than nothing If you need a break from the food, grab someone and go for a walk0
