i think a lot of it also depends on what kind of exercises you are doing and also where your heart rate is at. 60-70% of max heart rate is supposed to be the ideal fat burning heart rate. cardio workouts will burn off fat, but strength workouts will require an extra intake of of protein, at least that is what i think

i tend not to work out at the weekend, i still walk the dogs at least for an hour so i get that exercise, but today i was feeling so calm and relaxed i did some strength training

well coming here is a great start, just remember that no matter what be honest with yourself, and dont forget to measure yourself as well as weigh yourself. any questions or problems ask anyone here, they all have great advice

since i started mft and realised how many calories i was consuming in sweet tea alone i cut the sugar out and eventually changed to water not i probably drink 10+ cups a day

i like green tea with lemon. apparently drinking 5 cups a day kicks your metabolism up a notch, don't know how true it is. i actually enjoy it more than black tea which i have been drinking for 30 years with sugar, now i dont put sugar in it i prefer the green tea with lemon, and its nice cold also

never been a big pop drinker, but i did drink lots of tea with sugar in it. i cut out the sugar and cut down on the amount of tea i drank and i prefer water tbh.

Well done to you. we all want the weight to be gone, but to rapid weight loss causes sagging, you are doing exactly the right thing by loosing the amount you are. hopefully before Christmas i will reach my goal and then i can post my own story
