I've never heard that saying! It's very morbid
-
Did it for oooohhh....11 years in school but none of it really stuck. Nearly everyone I know is the same! It's only used in a few areas so finding people actually fluent is tough

As long as you are getting the nutrients - and juicing is a great way to do that - and only do it for a short period, then I think it sounds fine. If you feel weak though, your body is telling you it's not doing good, and you should eat more food. Good luck

Lot of my piercings are gone, few surface ones, lot of ear ones, couple of lip ones...I still have tongue and nose ring. Just got a conch today funnily enough. I prefer tattoos. Much prefer them. I have one I adore on my back. It takes up the full thing, inspired by my own personal feelings, loves, interests and what I…

I'd say head to the doctor. Something doesn't sound right.

This is a nice way to show you don't like the 1200 route. I wish everyone said it like that :flowerforyou: I stick to the 1200, and am never hungry, because I'm stingy with how I spend calories - I'd rather an enormous salad with a bowl of soup than some chocolate. So I eat a lot of food on 1200, and on days I exercise,…

Already been covered in this thread. The advise would be to ensure you are accurately tracking calories, because in all probability, they are under counting.

I concur.

WON'T SOMEONE GIVE THAT DARLING A BUN!

Heh heh, rollin'. Excellent work, I see a huge difference, I'm used to your recent photos so the first one was a surprise, you should be incredibly proud

Helen of TPF Faerie Wear (UK designer found on facebook) Brodie Armstrong of the Distillers, her name's different now, married but I don't keep track... Natalie Portman Edit to concur with Nadia G

Have you got good arch support in your shoes?
-
sounds like a strained tendon? I'd stick with using ice, elevate it as much as you can and should improve soon. If not, I'd consider the doc

Exactly, I'm hoping for something remarkable like that to be born again, Jack is a product from his fruitful days

I don't go by RDA, I just eat a varied vegan diet and get regular blood tests and my levels are always very good without any supplements...a small glass of orange juice twenty minutes before meals aids absorption. My RDA has probably never been met on a daily basis, but my blood tests and readings from blood donation shows…

I think it has more to do with the crap food

I read the first two pages with a lot of pain caused by extreme naivety and lack of sense of humour :explode: Only caused by a few parts mind you. Then skipped to the end to find this. Headache gone, and faith restored  Thank you :flowerforyou:

I feel sorry for the people who slam the 1200 because they don't know how varied and delicious it can be. On exercise days I have to just use extra olive oil etc because I'm eating the way I LIKE to eat and see it neither as being depraved of high calorie foods - because I eat them if I want them - or my being hungry all…

I wonder about this too. If I eat at all before exercise, I can't get into the "zone". I feel like my body's going "what are you doing?! I'm trying to digest here!". Ate a banana before hill climbing and it took waaaaay longer than usual. Sooo for me, I'd say two hours after eating...
-
Hah, I was about to quote you and say the same :drinker:
-
Sometimes it's like the 1200 calorie method is all anyone thinks or talks about
-
I have no clue why you quoted me there, we're talking about completely different things.

I think it's all on the mum. She loves him and just wants him to be happy. She's giving him what he wants, something lots of parents do. It's strange that she calls him fat though. She's definitely in denial and doesn't think it's her fault, you gotta ease her into a new way of thinking where she finds ways to encourage…
-
Self loathing, pretty much ;) I think about how if I eat it, I'll feel fat. It won't change how I look, in itself, but it will completely change how I think I look. Instantly

They dismiss me, not the other way around. And I don't have sleeves. I don't look at someone like they have poo on their face and shake my head because I think their blouse looks ridiculous. If someone is going to dismiss me purely for having tattoos, then they are not worth talking to. You should always give people a…

Don't know what you mean by struggle....I've never seen a woman struggle at the gym, liking different exercise to you doesn't mean they struggle. I could outrun any one of the men at my old gym, and they could out lift me
-
It's air popped here, and vegan, nobody would dream of putting lard or butter on it here
-
From my experience this is true, how people perceive you will change, a lot. I don't mind at all, way I look at it, it weeds out the ****s so I don't have to waste time talking to them. It becomes a fantastic talking point for meeting people that are open minded and actually worth talking to
