Lost 3lbs this week ladies. Weighing in at 205lbs - 10lbs lost since I started the challenge and 6lbs to go by Halloween. My famous blokes aren't really what I'd call 'celebs' but anyway - Phil Anselmo from Pantera and Chris Pontius from *kitten*. Not into pretty boys!! I like long hair and tattoos - YUM. I do sort of have a thing for Hugh Jackman too but ONLY as Wolverine! Massive girl crush on Mila Kunis too AHHHH so hot :love:

I always get chicken chow mein or chicken fried rice if we have Chinese - I always remember those dishes were the lowest 'syns' back in my Slimming World days. That's if I remember rightly of course..it could just be wishful thinking on my part with the fried rice :laugh: YUM! Enjoy xx

Great post. Well done on your weight loss - you're beautiful xx The picture of breakfast looks DELICIOUS and I just wish I had time on a morning to prepare something like that. I barely have time to stuff a cereal bar down my throat when I'm working but on weekends I breakfast like a queen!!

Curly Wurlys aren't bad calorie wise - same for Maltesers and Ripples. My current favourite are the Thornton's halloween lollys on sale in Tesco - 2 for a pound and only 151 calories - they're quite thick and totally gorgeous dunked in a cup of coffee :love: AND THEY'RE SHApED LIKE SKELETONS bonus lol

I munch on beef jerky - I know it's not to everyones taste but I love it. The one I eat is about 160 cals for the whole packet - it's low in fat and gives me half of my protein for the day :smile:
