So apparently a number of my friends here have been listening to this era, of which I'm a big fan. Thus why not mention some of my favorites and get yours as well. I'll get this thing started...

Staind - Outside
Live - Lightning Crashes
Staind - It's Been Awhile
Live - I Alone
Pearl Jam - Alive
Soundgarden - Black Hole Sun
Counting Crows - Anna Begins
Third Eye Blind - Motorcycle Drive By
Toad the Wet Sprocket - Fall Down

Black Hole Sun is Soundgarden, not STP.

Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger's a pretty great workout song. I'll be back with more.

Agreeing with all of the already posted:

Bad Religion, At The Drive-In, Faith No More, Silverchair, Sevendust, Rage Against The Machine, and I'm sure many more I'm forgetting. It was incredibly difficult to keep my metal favorites from that era out of this list.
