as far as an adult answer to that question... Yes. Anything that gets your heart rate up and requires movement is going to burn calories, so yes it can be a form of exercise. As far as how great and exercise well... lets just say don't make it your primary one for the day. Sex really doesn't burn as much as people wish it…

As a matter of physics I would say it's "possible". But, that will take a pretty rigorous workout and diet routine .

I've always loved Indian, Thai, Sri Lanken, Filipino, ect ect type foods. And, for the most part have always heard that they are very good for you. Of course a lot of this could just be hearsay especially when you get into the "always eat with a lot of hot spices" and so on. Thanks for the info =)
