Awesome!!!! Your story and the others, totally give me hope, and I'm going to continue doing, what I have been doing, counting steps, and not eat back my exercise calories, it truly seems like the longer you stay with it, you can have days were you eat more calories, and it's not a devastating blow to your diet. :)

Diary is now open, please don't pay attention to yesterday, not one of my best days!!! I don't have a scale, but probably something, I should invest in. I have been logging everything I eat, even the bad. I have been pretty much yo-yoing since started, maybe it's the lack of exercise on the weekends.

I'm a new 5 a.m. walker.. It really stinks at times, because I feel like that is when I'm getting my most awesome sleep. I can't say it gets easier, but the more I exercise the better I feel. :)
