I was wondering if anyone out there, has had a successful weight loss with walking? I started walking at the beginning of June, it is my main form of exercise. Triglcerides...say that 5 times fast.
So I went and got my cholesterol checked, and everything was in good range but my triglycerides (290). My doctor wanted to put me on a medicine, but I declined. I just tried Kashi granola bar chai & chocolate chip, pretty tasty. Can anybody recommend a granola that is low in calories? Is there such a thing out there? :)
