I don't like to drink fruit juices, the concentration of sugar is just too high without the benefits of fiber, etc. I juice my vegetables though sometimes.. I mean it ain't the greatest taste in the world, but it's not bad either. Especially if you're NOT replacing meals with them because then that just sucks. Haha.

Do I do cardio and strength training/weight lifting simultaneously? Or do I lose all the weight I want to first? Also what's the exact difference between strength training, resistance and weight lifting? Haha sorry!

Not being able to fit into the clothes I used to (which i totally took for granted) ugh Sex haha Im just not as comfy anymore FOR MYSELF! I just dont like my weight right now. waking up in the morning, looking at the mirror with those extra kgs.. ahh.

You can eat anything as long as its in moderation. Also I would time it nicely - a burger in the day instead of at night..

When I crave sugar I just go for an apple.. as opposed to like a whole pack of oreos which is 900+ calories haha. Or I just take a short 20 min nap until it goes away. Or I wait it out by distracting myself with a book or work. Generally I just let it pass.. drink some green tea to keep me full
