Raw, not sugared or in candy :) I eat two handfuls a day one between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner. 1/4 cup is satiating, has 6 grams carbs and 3 grams fiber. Yes they are higher in fat, but it is the good kind of fat. They also have a boatload of other vitamins.
