I have noticed that I tend to go over my sugar intake for the day. I would love suggestions for healthy snacks low in sugar! Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Lately I've started eating almonds. Raw, not sugared or in candy I eat two handfuls a day one between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner. 1/4 cup is satiating, has 6 grams carbs and 3 grams fiber. Yes they are higher in fat, but it is the good kind of fat. They also have a boatload of other vitamins.0

i am now the queen of snacks. i used to eat little chocolates, a hot chocolate, a little cake here and there. now it's strictly the following:
1. mini tins of tuna (98% fat free), that have fun flavours like chili, lemon and pepper, sundried tomato etc - on a Ryvita cracker (not sure if you get these in the States, but they are v healthy, rather tasteless crackers about the size of a boarding pass and 35 calories each. this whole snack is around 120 calories and filling
2. low fat cottage cheese (ie: 97% fat free) - on a Ryvita. Around 80 calories.
3. mini tins of Heinz low salt baked beans. around 70 calories.
4. Small handful of walnuts with natural low fat yoghurt. around 120 calories
5. Medium sized pear or apple. around 70 calories0
