i ride my bicycle 10-12 miles three days per week and 40-50 each day Saturday and Sunday. Lost 65 and have 10-15 left to go.

Welcome aboard. I find when I write everything down (or track with this app, I lose weight because I am forced to look at the volume of food as I eat it.I use this in conjunction with Restaurant Nutrition app and so far have been very successful.

cheat days are good but don't go off the deep end. Weight Watchers describes cheat days as a day you can eat double.
