Me too, I am not discussing food and exercise at work either, unless someone approaches me. I think they are all good people, I just have to say something back rather than rant here. I guess anyone could say something rude without realizing. I will have to tell them that it bothers me and this most likely will solve the…

Maybe you are right, maybe I am overanalizing. But I am analytical and a faculty in a college, so I tend to think a lot... Just do not need drama in the office and would like to avoid further rediculing

Also, some friends are really encouraged by me now and I am a coach to 4 people. I follow up, text, call, meet up with my "trainees" and they are all either lost or losing weight. This is what I enjoy in life- mentoring, so to be an inspiration for a weight loss is something new I discovered in my journey and I love it!

Thank you very much for so many replies and support! This is very important and encouraging for me. Next time will be no explanations, no nothing from me, just "no, thank you". And if friends bring up again that piece of muffin, I will tell them that "it is very childish to bring it over and over again and I am sensitive…

I am happier but many of my friends are not my friends anymore. Those friendships did not sustain 64lbs weight loss

I overheard by accident that a man called me bombshell :-)

Congratulations! Weight loss is a great reward for a hard hard work!!! Ignore people who tell you to stop, continue ( if BMI within normal)!!! People are jelous and that's why they want you to stop.
Hehe, you can totally use that line, gotta say it with some sass though. ;) Conviction. :)
Well, they are driving me crazy and they are not my friends. One day I will pull my guns out by mentioning their insecurities! :-)

Awesome and thank you! If only I could be so witty! Love the part " any further comments is a reflection on your insecurities"...

Awesome transformation! Congratulations!!! Isn't it great to feel and have a control over your weight?!
-
Thank you very much! I like the point that it's not my business what people think about me! I will keep it in my head starting from today!!! My transformation is fairly recent, I went from size 14 to size 4 from February till now, but became really self conscious when I got to size 6.

Yes, I should stop worring about other people. My problem that I am very sensitive person and just need to get over about who thinks what. Thank you for the nice and insitive comments. I was thinking that I would find the support here. And sorry if I erked anyone, as this should be the least to discuss. My clothes are very…

Yes, especially men are holding doors for me. Never ever they held an elevator door for me. That happened so many times lately. I hate that superficial stupid attention because there was none of that when I put on weight. I am a happy individual, I just want men to stop staring and notice me for my work and achiements, but…

I think occasional glass of wine is actually good for you. It's better to reward yourself with a glass of wine than a bar of chocolate (at least for me). Enjoy it in moderation!

I lost 62 lbs after I started to use my scale. I lost weight within 6 months. The scale helps you to know exactly how much food you eat. It takes away your guessing.

Guys you are amazing and so supportive!!! I am glad I found someone who can relate!!! No one in my family or friends get me. Anyway I love the comment about "fashion police". I need another smart comment if someone tells me that I look " not healthy"... I cannot confront people at work and I cannot pull joked from my…

How long di it take for people to stop commenting about your weight loss? I want everyone to get used to me and just say hello without comments...

People do treat me differently. I am a faculty in a medical college. I am not used that men are staring at me and women telling me daily to 1. Stop losing weight ( at least on e a day but I stopped 4 weeks ago) 2. Men are staring at me when I was invisible just four five months ago 3. Women tell me to stop wear black 4.…

Love it! You are beautiful!

I am in the same situation. I lost 62 lbs and went from size 14 to size 4, ie from 189 lbs to 127. Women are vicious and I had many not very nice comments. So, I developed some sort of anxiety... I had to buy a brand new wardrobe. Women are vicious at work. I am thinking to change my job because I am uncomfortable.
